Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Items not eligible for return include:
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Items returned without original packaging or accessories
Custom or special-order items
How to Request a Return

The item(s) you wish to return
A brief explanation of the reason for the return
Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
A full refund will be issued via your original payment method .
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
